What this site collects
This site has no sign-up or contact forms, uses no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Specifically:
- The WhatsApp and email buttons open your own application with a message already drafted. Nothing is sent until you send it from your own account.
- The assistant on this page transmits the text you type to this site's server so it can answer you. That text is not stored in a database, is not linked to your identity, and the conversation disappears when you close the page.
- To generate the answer, the text may be processed by a language model provider engaged for that purpose. Do not send it documents, account numbers, passwords or sensitive figures: the direct WhatsApp or email channel exists for that.
- The server records technical operating data (IP address and request time) for the sole purpose of keeping the service available and preventing abuse.
Information you provide when engaging a service
If you decide to engage a service, the information you share by WhatsApp or email is used exclusively to provide it, is retained for as long as the applicable legal and accounting obligations require, and is not shared with third parties except where the law requires it or where it is necessary before the tax authority within the very procedure you commissioned.
Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing rules, you may access, update and rectify your personal data, request proof of the authorisation granted, be informed of the use made of it, lodge complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, and withdraw your authorisation or request deletion of your data where no legal or contractual duty to retain it exists.
